Unlike a tech firm, we are not raising any rounds. We use a laddering strategy for gross capital formation. Since the business is innovative (there is no tech innovation here, the disruptive innovation is in the market adoption), feasible, and disruptive, we are taking a transitional business model approach. Please find below the eligibility criteria to be part of our fundraise. Please fill in some initial details to get access to our Confidential Information Memorandum.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Core alignment with one or more of the 15 trends that constitute the formative years megatrend. Details on our home page.

  2. Individuals:

    • Professionals who deal with high net worth clients

    • Staff of partner organisations

    • Shareholders of partner organisations

    • Founders/ owners of small and medium sized businesses

  3. Businesses:

    1. Companies that demonstrate long term progress, on one or more of the 15 trends

    2. Partner organisations

    3. Institutions with long term interest to deploy the index and associated solutions

    4. Non profits/ endowments

Steps involved:

  1. Fill in initial interest, and get access to Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM)

  2. Attend an information session. If you are on Helix 360, you can choose your slot there, and attend one of our information sessions. Else, write to us and we can send you a link to book your information session.

  3. Receive a copy of the term sheet for perusal.

  4. Sign an Advance Shareholder Agreement

  5. Receive the allotment of shares, and remit the amount due as per capital call. Alottment criteria and priority order is laid out in the CIM

  6. If eligible, receive UK tax exemption documents to claim tax benefits. SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance is in process with HMRC.

  7. Continue to engage with Helix.Earth (at a minimum, participate in the network update sessions).
